Architect to an overall roll out programme of over 30 Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn and Howard Johnson hotels throughout the Country from the South of England to Scotland, both new build and conversion using 'fast track' lightweight steel construction with factory produced pod bathrooms.

Developed the new Prototypes of the Days Inn, Howard Johnson and Hawthorn Suites brands for the UK. This involved the design of the prototype hotel and the production of the Brand Standards Manual for potential Franchisees to ensure the hotels met with the UK building standards and the hotel groups quality. Carried out inspections to ensure quality control and technical assessment of the franchised projects.

Howard Johnson, West Bromwich: Conversion of existing office into a 102 bedroom hotel with meeting facilities. Won Best New Howard Johnson Interior Design.

Holiday Inn Express, Wellingborough: New build 78 bedroom hotel, fast track lightweight construction as featured in Building Magazine.

Days Inn Ballater Street, Glasgow: New build 114 bedroom Hotel, interior design as featured in Sleeper Magazine.

Days Hotel Waterloo London: Consisted of converting existing student accommodation block into a 162 bedroom hotel. Awarded best new International Days Inn.

Hampton by Hilton, Humberside Airport: Provided design and gained Planning Approval for a 103 bedroom mid market hotel at the entrance of the Airport. The design incorporates a Marco Pierre White restaurant.

Design of 120 bedroom Country Hotel on the edge of a golf course with large Conference and banqueting facilities with meeting rooms and Spa facilities to pre application stage.

Prepared finishes boards explaining the use of materials to show the overall 'feel' of the building.

Space planning proposals for the conversion of the existing Grade II listed building in the centre of Aylesbury to a boutique hotel for a private hotel group.
