Carried out the design development, production drawings and project overseeing, of 4 four bedroom detached houses, set within a private gated rural setting.

It's been designed to take reference from traditional historic rural buildings with a contemporary approach. The development has a rural character using timber boarding, brick detailing and a variety of roof finishes with the houses set around a distinctive shingle finished courtyard. The houses combine traditional design with modern standards.

Refurbishment of a Grade II listed house, in a conservation area, described as "The last country house in Fulham."

It is an early 19th Century stuccoed 2 storey detached house.

My Company was elected as a corporate member of the Civic Trust due the sensitive treatment of the refurbishment.
